Omnichannel is a channel model that focuses on allowing customers to purchase product and otherwise engage with a brand in a way that is most convenient for the customer. This means products can be purchased seamlessly online, at a store, via social media, etc. This is evolving into the dominant channel strategy for consumer brands, and it can be difficult for brands to manage. Manufacturers’ reps can be tremendously helpful for brands trying to implement an omnichannel strategy.
